Copy data to a different sheets based on date

Hello all
Im Learing VBA, i did try to find info in regards with what im trying to achive
but im unsucessful, could someone out there please help me out
Im trying to write a macro
i have Sheets named
Sheet,High,Med,Low,and data

Sheet contains info such as a date and Complexity of the project
depending upon the complexity given(High,Med or low) it should go to Eaither High/Low/or Med Sheets
and extract data based on start date and end date given in the Mastersheet

Its very hard to understand what you are trying to achieve from your workbook. can you expand?

What im trying to achive from this work book is
How busy is the vendor for a particular month

The project priority that are given are high med and low
which would have a start month and and end month
if the project is high and if it falls between jan and Apr, i should be able to go to High work sheet and extract all data from Jan to Apr and paste those values into a new worksheet where a graph would be drawn based on the data we have got

Step 1: Read the project complexity,Start date and end date
Step 2: go to further sheets(High,Low,Med) based on complexity extract the data from the date in between sheets between specified months
Step3: paste it in new worksheet

Since im new to VBA programming its a bit of challange for me
i couldnt fig out a soultion for this as of yet
I hope this is clear as to what i want to achive
