Comparing row numbers

Hi id like to compare the row numbers from two separate columns i.e coulumn 'A' and 'E'
and continuously do something until they are equal. Anyone have a bright idea on how to do this? Ive been searching the functions in VB but im fairly new to it.

It's not very clear what you're trying to compare - is it the number of rows with data in columns A and E or some other factor?
