2010 - 2011 Acedemic Calendar

Morning All!

I'm new to this forum malarky, so I'm hoping that you'll be gentle with me...

I have Excel 2003 and it only has the 2009 - 2010 Acedemic calendar (Aug - Aug) template. Does anyone know how to get the 2010 - 2011 version? Otherwise it seems like I'll have to use the template and change every day and update it - a long a dreary process, which I'd like to avoid.

I used the "Help" section of Excel (on the right-hand side), which claims to search MS Online for these. I can get a template, but it's an old one. I'm hoping that I can get the updated version, but cannot seem to find it.

I cannot attach an example of last year's version - it keeps giving me an error message. But if I try to explain it, it might help...

I'd like to use it for managing staff holidays and, as such, it needs larger boxes that I can type names into. I need to be able to add names when the requests come in. I can make it read-only, so that people can see when they could put them in, although only I have access to do it.

Currently we use stickers on a wall chart and I never know who got there first. As such, I have too many requests for the same week and it is unmanageable.
