Wrong Date Format in output userform

Hello, I've got a questen,

I've got a userform with combobox, this box "reads" serveral dates from Sheet3 A1:A7. Once selected it copies the selected date to Sheets3 G3 using the following code

The problem is that the cell G3 from Sheet3 now displays the date in the wrong format. Everywhere the format is oke, in the "read out" cells in Sheet3 A1:A7 and in the userform combobox the date format is 08-07-2010, (eight july this year)
Only the output in Sheet3 G3 is set to 07-08-2010 (seven august this year)

Does anyone know what i'n doing wrong?
