Update Diffrent worksheets from Dashboard

Hi I would like to know how I can update three diffrent tabs from the first Dashboard?

Hi I think I need to have a loop that steps down columns C, D and E, to check if the person has a Delete or an amend and if they do copy it to the appropriate tab.
I have no idea how to start I have been through the forum and dont understand loops.

You can have nested loops ...
For i = 1 to 100
For j = 1 to 50
Cells(i,j) = ....
Next j
Next i
Am I going in the right direction?
