Group and Name Shapes - How

    Hi All
Can anyone please give me a start with the VBA code to add and then group two autoshapes and then name the resulting combined shape.

I am trying to create a circle with an attached arrow as a single entity.

Can you then refer to this (grouped) shape by name to delete it?

    With TIA

    Hi Jerry

Many thanks for your quick response to my query.
Your code suggestion was spot-on thank you - just what I wanted.

This will help me progress my project without more time lost in "research".

One query though - why the use of a couple of "#" characters in the AddShape/Addline parameters?

I will mark this as SOLVED, tip your scales and visit your website!

    Many thanks
