Sheet Navigator Not Opening Automatically

Hi All,

I have used the Sheets2Print example from this site to create a Sheet Navigator Form. The only problem is that it does not pop up automatically once i open my workbook, i have to manually cause it to run.

I have attached the draft that i am working on. The form that I want to automatically open is "AllSheetsForm" and the Module for it is "Module 2".

Please advise any help is appreciated!
