Need Help in writing Macro for a call center

Hi Guys,
I've recently started working on a small project. Need your guys help in completing this task. Here's what the project is all about.

The Excel sheet will have 1 Master sheet, and 4 to 5 dump sheets from where the required data will be pulled.

The dump sheets will have data on a weekly basis. The MASTER sheet will pull data from the dumps on a weekly basis. The user will add columns to the dump with Week to Date scores of each member . I need help with the code for the MASTER sheet where the MASTER sheet will pull data from all the dumps in the
