Struggling to get an array to work - chopped and changed it so much, the most I've got it to do is to work on the active worksheet - can anyone tell me where I'm going so wrong?

Your title say "if cell is blank", but your code is testing for "not blank". I assume your code indicates what you want - to test that the cell in not blank.
