Hello,
I am fairly new to VBA, and I would like some help with a dynamic web query. I want the query to go to a selected website, make selections from dropdown menus (the selections would be pre-populated into excel), then based on previously made selections a new page is opened where the query grabs a link which downloads a file to my desktop.
If anyone could guide me with this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know (I would be very surpised otherwise) your request cannot be performed via Excel VBA.
In saying that, You could look at macro/automation tools such as: Macro Scheduler, Macro Express, Quick Test Pro
