Adding a Calendar to EXISTING User Form

Hi Folks,

I have an existing user form, and I wanted to add a calendar to the side of it for reference. Is there anyway to do this? It doesn't need to have any functionality besides a month forward and backwards button.

I tried to find this through searching and couldn't.
