auto save e-mail attachment to folder after sending

Hi,

I have a excel wb that sends an e-mail with the active sheet in attachment.
I wuold like to know if is it possible to auto save that attachment to a specified folder?

And if so, can anyone help me with the code? i don't know where to begin
