thx for reading my questions!
i need two separate macros to manage outlook messages

1. to copy date, subject and body of all emails received from one specific email address (700 msgs are already stored in my archive folder) to a decending list of three columns in excel (date received/subject/body)

2. to copy date, subject and body from all incoming emails from the same email address into thesame excel list we would have created above in step two.
