I'm new to VBA and need some help writing a macro to send an email. I found some code snipets here and there but nothing that fits my needs. I'll try and explain this the best I can and see if anyone can help. Let me know if more information is needed.
What I have: I have a spreadsheet where I enter a number into column A. Across in the same row I have a dropdown list of users (about 8 people). Once I enter the number I'll move over to column H and select a user from the dropdown. Once that is done I'd like to run 'the macro" and have it send an email to the selected user (possibly add multiple users) with a message body of the corresponding number from row A.
This list is ongoing and I need it to only send email to the last entry. I'm using Excel 2007 and MS Outlook.
Any pointers/how to's will be greatly appriated.
