The enclosed file is an extract of a much larger file. The data is added to on a weekly basis and so the list could be any length. I currently use 'Data' 'Sort' to rearrange the data, but I now need the data to appear in four different ways and would therefore like a macro to do this and avoid having to do multiple 'Data' 'Sort'. On the REPORT tab of the file I have shown how I would like the four bits of data to look. Any help is appreciated. Kevin.

It looks like pivot tables would be ideal for what you are trying to achieve.
