Send Emails based on cell value

Dears Excelers,

Please I need a macro with Excel 2003 to send automatically Emails when cells in colum (D) equal a certain value ("Supplier" in my example, which is a text value). This cell contains a formula that leads to this text value. I tried with some macros that work with target cell value that is a number, but if I substitute the parameters to fit with my text value in cell, nothing happens. Attached is my Test Excel sheet.

Please help me with this, I work for a purchasing/Procurement department and it will save me a lot of time (and my job)
