Open a userform on worksheet double click

I have a worksheet that is protected. I would like to be able to open a userform when I double click on any cell in the worksheet. I have tried the BeforeDoubleClick() event and it displays an irritating alert when i eventually close the userform. Is there a way to do this? Here is what code I have. I have also tried disabling alerts.
