Display label caption

Hi guys

I want to display time countdown from 10 sec to 1 sec in label caption and then perform an action. Can anyone please tell me how to do it.

No it didn't work. Actually I want to display the countdown from 10 sec to 1 sec and then after that Just close the workbook.
