I have Excel file where 6 sheets and 1 more named MASTER is hided.
I tried to do it from menue (Excel 2003 and Excel 2007) Format -> Sheet -> Unhide , but Unhide option there is not active.
How I can to see data on MASTER sheet?

Usually, I right-click on the sheet list at the bottom of the screen and select Unhide. Have you tried that?

It sounds like the workbook is password protected - if you know the password unprotect the workbook and then unhide the sheet.
If you don't know the password then I'm afraid you need to ask the appropriate person for it - we won't help you bypass security (however flimsy it may be) on this forum.
