    Macro to Combine Two Tables

Hi, i am currently trying to combine peoples skills with peoples shifts. I have 2 tables one that defines everyones skills and one table that tells me peoples shift. What i have is a list of requirements which have to be met i.e. require 5 people for Skill1 from 08:00.

What i would like to do is have a macro or a formula that will apply the Skill1 to everyone that starts at 08:00 and if i have only 4 people then will add the skill to the next availability i.e 08:30 start. This should show up in a different table with peoples start and end time alongside the skill that has been applied.

I have attached a sample sheet that shows the 2 tables alongwith some requirements. If somebody could please guide me as to how i can go about doing this, as i dont really know where to start.

    Thanks in advance.
