combo boxes values to textbox

hi,

can someone here can help me on the attached spreadsheet.

1st when opening the spreadsheet, the userform will pop up first.
2nd, there are 3 combo boxes in the userform, in the combo boxes there are a selection of YEs, No and NA.
3rd if the user select 2 Yes and 1 No on the combo boxes, the values of textbox will return to "0.00"
if the user select 3 yes on the combo boxes the values of textbox will return to "25.00"
or if the user select 2 yes and 1 NA on the combo boxes the value textbox will return to "25.00" also.
