    Comparing data and matching between columns

    I`ve posted this again this time within a workbook so if anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

    You don't need VBA. You can use Conditional Formatting.

    Select all the cells, choose Conditional Formatting.

    Use the Formula option with: =COUNTIF($O1:$R1,A1)>0 and choose Fill colour red.
