Replacing part of a string based on value of another cell?

    Hi,

I have to columns of data one has integers (A) and the other is string (B). What I would like to do is change the last letter of the string column based on the value of A e.g. if column A <5, then replace 4th letter in string on Column B.
Is this possible to do with a macro?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time.
