Unprotect switches sheet

Hi all
I have an UI problem when unprotecting a sheet from the VBA
I have an excel with 2 sheets.
on the first sheet I have a macro which does unprotect to the second sheet.
e.g.

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

the problem is when I do that the excel switches to the second sheet and immediately
returns to the first sheet.
it seems that when doing unprotect to a sheet, then that sheet must be in focus
any thoughts to how to overcome this?

There's no reason why your line of code should activate the sheet. There must be more code that is doing this.
