    Automatic daily work hours graph

    Hi,

In the place I work, we use charts like this one for work hours

    Shift 1

    Chris Mike Chris
    Dan Bill Jack
    Jen Jack Jen

    10:00 16:00 22:00
    16:00 22:00 16:00

    Shift 2

    Jack Dan Bill
    Bill Jen Dan
    Mike Chris Mike

    10:00 16:00 22:00
    16:00 22:00 4:00

Where Shift 2 and Shift 1 happen simultaneously in different places, so the hours for workers can't overlap. Also, there needs to be a 1 hour gap between shifts.
Any way I can program excel to show me the information in a more readable way? like a daily calendar with hours and names so that it's visual they don't overlap?
    Thank you for your time.

    Welcome to the forum!

I can't say that I understand the data you provided. Maybe if you put it in an Excel file and then put together a picture of what you want to graph to look like, it would be clearer.
