Excel macro - copy and paste to word

I have the following code that will copy text from excel into Word given to me by another website:

but when it pastes tables into word the Style = normal and instead I'd like it to paste with the Style = no spacing. Because the style is normal the row height seems excessively big as if it was double spaced...
