VBA code to create formulas referencing cells in another workbook

I have attached example sheets, but the actual data set could have up to 50 data sets (not just the 6 presented).

In my code I insert the code I want into the cells I want in the Table Format.xls. But it seems like there's a way to make this much cleaner.

Hi

Do you really need to have this returned by formulas, or could you just paste the relevant output result directly into table format.xls?
