Check if a string begins with substring and then change text

Hello Guys,

I am working on a spreadsheet which contain supplier names. The names are manually entered, so there is a lot of representation for a given name.

Eg) Delta, Delta electronics, Deltaelectronics, Delta, Inc., all mean the same.

I am trying to write a macro which would check for the first word, like if the text starts with Delta, it should change that cell value into Delta, Inc - which is the standardized name of the supplier.
