Exclamation Get information from Another Worksheet via Command Button

    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me with a VBA project i need. I have no technical knowledge of VBA and Macro but Im good in following instructions so if anyone can provide me a step by step process on how i can get this done, i would really really appreciate it!

I would like to provide you a background of the file. Team_Packages on Hold.xlsm is the file we use to track any files we place on hold because we need to wait for something before we're able to complete it. The files we place on hold have cutoffs 4 days, 8 days & 30 days. I need functions in excel that will allow me to sort all the files they place on their trackers and get only the files that are GREATER than the cuttoff days.

These are the functions that i would like to have.

    1. A Pop up message when the file is opened showing 3 command buttons: > 4 days,
    > 8 days & >30 days.

    2. When any of the buttons are clicked, it will show another interface that will locate the file where i want to extract the information from. (see screen shots.docx for the interface I'm looking to see)

    3. A command button that will consolidate all the files from one person to another in one excel that falls under the criteria of > 4 days or > 8 days or >30 days. [ Current date minus Date Placed on hold column(Team_Packages on Hold.xlsm) ]

    4. I also would like to have another command button that will clear the tracker so i can reuse.

Team_Packages on Hold.xlsm has the same column names and placement as the ones my staff uses tracking the files they place on hold.
