    vba code equivalent to pressing certain keys

    hi all,
    if I want to, when I run a vba, it perform action that is equivalent of pressing certian keys on the key board, is it possilbe?
    e.g.after I run the vba, press "Alt+Tab" once, then press "Tab" twice, then "w", "w","w" ............ and "Enter"

    is it possible??

    Certainly is. You need to use SendKeys.

    You can use SendKeys but it is not reliable. Especially if you want to communicate with a process not started by the VBA application. If you explained more about the what you want to do and provide some examples (if possible) then we can propose better methods.
