Hi there,
I'm new in this forum and I have already a question...., well a macro to create in fact.
I hope you will be able to help me as my VBA knowledge are quite limited (But I'm a quick learner)
What I'd like to do:
I have a big table which includes codes, names of ppl, products, etc.... that I need to reorganise every week by changing always the same thing (Some codes, some group, etc...)
Obviously every week the table is different except its format (Always the same layout) and the "rules" (to reorganise the table) don't really change.
I have added 2 enclosed files to get you a better example.
- "Table to modify" is well the table to be modified
- "Rules" is the file containing the rules, ie the changes to do.
I'd like that the files "rules" include a macro which asks me to call the file "Table to modify" of the week, as every week it's a new file (Path = ThisWorkbook.Path by example) and that the macro changes the values of the table to the correct row/column and if and only if its value is different of the value in the "rules" file. (A color code will be nice, let's say in Yellow, to be applied to each modified value. Easier to track)
Any idea ?
Need clearer explaination ?
Thank you !!
