Highlight the cell based on the specific condition

Hi

plz help me out in resolving following issues in the attached excel sheet (Highlight cell) here....

1. If column 'C' has more then three bytes then it should be highlighted in red colour.
2. If any ROW doesn't have any value at all then it should not be highlighted mens leave it.
3. Apart from that if you find any othet empty cell it shold be highlighted.

I have right a macro but it also highlight the blank row and not able to perform issue no.1
I want the output sheet as i have edited in the attachement and it should be applied to whole sheets in a worksheet.E.G.for sheet1---"Cards - Special Handling_ORG' & Sheet 2 'NonCards - Special Handling_ORG"

PS: I should have asked how many sheets against which you need to apply this procedure . If it's more that these two sheets then the approach will change a bit. Let me know.

Thanks for your quick reply brother,
But i have one more issue that is according to your code Column 'C' text has been shaded in red colour but i want only text which is of 4 bytes in column 'C' should be highlighted in red colur not the whole cell.

So could you please modified the tag as per my requirment.
Please reply me shoon as i have to finish this assignment by today.
Plz help me.

I'm not certain I understand. If column C has "S35C" are you saying the "C" should be in red font and the rest of the cell in black font?

yeah it should be in "RED and BOLD" font.

I've gotta tell you, I'm color blind. If I understand your request, with this code, if Column C has more than 3 characters, all characters are in Bold Font in the Color of Red (as near as I can tell). Is this what you're looking for?

To mark your thread solved do the following:
- Go to your first post on the thread
- Click edit
- Click Advance
- Just below the word "Title:" you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
- Change to Solve
- Click Save
