    Private Sub Worksheet_Change:MI Summary.

    Hi guys,

I'm creating a file with a Sheet called MI Summary. There are two drop down lists in the sheet, D3 (named range COLLEAGUE) and H3 (named range TEAM). I've tried using the below code but it doesn't work. Basically what I'm trying to do is if either COLLEAGUE or TEAM changes, I'd like the opposite range to have it's cell contents cleared. After it's cleared, I want to run a formatting macro. Code is below and is located in the MI Summary sheet of my Objects.

    Hello Skybeau,

I made a few changes to your macro. When you use either the Worksheet_Change or Worksheet_SelectionChange event you should get in the habit of disabling the Application.Events before you make any changes to the cells. If you don't, you can create a cascade stack overflow that will crash Excel. In VBA it is rarely necessary to select an object before operating on it. Always re-enable the Appllications.Events before exiting the sub or the macro won't run the next time.
