Importing data from worksheet to be copied in another workbook

    Hi All,

I have a problem in creating a userform that will import specific data of a worksheet to the main worksheet. The main worksheet will have the userform for importing/updating.
The macro will only import or update if the file to be copied have the same column headers of the main worksheet.

Can you please help on how to generate the codes.

I will appreciate it a lot.

I attached the main worksheet for your reference.

Re: Importing data from worksheet to be copied in another workbook

So, how about some of those worksheets with data that's supposed to be transferred to the main sheet, some sheets with data that ISN'T supposed to transfer, an explanation of when this transfer is supposed to occur (what starts it?), what's supposed to happen with data already in the main sheet when you start each time anew....

Re: Importing data from worksheet to be copied in another workbook

Actually, The main worksheet should have a userform for importing worksheet. When the userform imports the data from another worksheet, it will match the columns from the main worksheet to the another worksheet and if not met the criteria, it will not import the data. The other worksheet should only have one sheet that contains the data.
The data that already in the main sheet should update the data and if encounters duplicate data, it will not copy the data, it will copy only data that still not yet copied.'

    I hope you get it.

    thanks.

I was expecting some more usable responses to these questions along with a more fully data-inclusive example.
