Averageif for cells in different position having error value

Hi,

I require help to calculate average for the cells in different location having #DIV/0! value from the cells in other sheets.

A1 D1 H1 K1 N1 T1

Monthly average Week1 Avg Week2 Avg Week3 Avg Week 4 Avg Week5

The D to T cells are not continuous and has the formula hyperlinked from different sheets. When there's no score in other sheets, the cells are blank for D to T column

I need to do the average of these averages in A Column, But until and unless all the D to T column doesn't have value, am not able to see the value in A column.

Means, I may not be having score for all teh 5.weeks but still average should be displayed.

=SUM(D1,H1,K1,N1,T1)/MAX(1,COUNT(D1,H1,K1,N1,T1))
