how to paste value instead of formulas?

for the second question i need to check the value of summary sh cell value of A8 with
value of T_Mth sh column A and if the value is in the column don't copy if there is no such value in T_Mth sh column A then insert row at "A10" and paste same row value from the summary sh.i hope i explain here i attached the wb and comment what i need to do
