how to paste value instead of formulas?

hi

can some one check this code i need to copy only value but the following code copy formula which i don't need. i only need value to be copy paste
also i need to modify to check value in column "A" in the "T_Mth" sh. if value in column find than do nothing else copy data from "summary" sh to "M_Th" sh.

for the second question i need to check the value of summary sh cell value of A8 with
value of T_Mth sh column A and if the value is in the column don't copy if there is no such value in T_Mth sh column A then insert row at "A10" and paste same row value from the summary sh.i hope i explain here i attached the wb and comment what i need to do
