Macro for Call Stack

Hi,

I am trying to write a macro for call stack.I am working on mainframe technology and i do not have an easy way to build call stack or program call level.Can some one help me to accomplish my requirement as call stack (tree level diagram). I have attached the input columns and also the required format.Thanks
