hyperlink creation based off cell value - links to other tabs

I have a file that I could certainly use some help on.

3 tabs total
Tab 1 - database of information - populating from tabs 2 & 3. The first column in Tab 1 has tracking numbers which it is referencing from Tabs 2 & 3.
Tab 2 & 3 have information about deliveries... one of the columns has the original tracking numbers that Tab 1 is referencing. The column with the tracking number is a constant, but the actual tracking numbers can change over time.

What I want to do is have automated code that looks at a cell's value (the tracking number) in Tab 1 and then search the other two tabs to find that same value. Once it is found, the code creates a hyperlink in the referencing cell (Tab 1) which the user can then click to navigate directly to the cell that has the actual value (in either Tab 2 or 3).

I have attached a very simple file as reference.
