Userform filter issues

Hi All,

Please see attached .xls for full explanation.

I have a userform with a textbox and a listbox. When the user types in a value in the textbox the listbox is populated with the values associated with that value.

However it currently only submits the next column, not all the column in the worksheet.

I know it's a range error somewhere, but I can't pinpoint it.

Any help?
