I found this Solver exercise on the internet. I'm trying to set up the Solver model but I'm having problems setting up constraints.

Problem solved by setting up 3 matrix(es?). 1st matrix for when hobbits should work (binary values), The 2 matrix for hobbits working and 3de matrix a product of 1 and 2.
Still it don't feel like a proper solution as there are to many constraints in matrix 1 and 2.
