Setting up some VBA to enter details into a complex form (spreadsheet attached!)

    Dear all,

I am attempting to create a userform that will enter data into quite a complex form - please see attached spreadsheet. As I have never done VBA programming before, or even created macros, I am not sure how to begin. I am currently attempting some simple tutorial examples but it seems that I will be here a while before I work out what to do for this spreadsheet.

What I am trying to do is quite straightforward. The first page of the attached spreadsheet will be the userform where people can enter data through textboxes and dropdown menus.

The second page will be the database, where the empty cells are filled (rather than creating new rows). The reason it has to be this way is because the forumula I have set up to add cells works on the basis of adding every 7th row, so inserting new rows wouldn't work. I know that's probably bad spreadsheet design but it's just the way I've done it...

If anyone has a suggestion for how this can be achieved, I would be incredibly grateful to hear it.

    Thanks very much in advance.
