Gnatt chart - Need help with Ifand formula

I need some assistance to the current formula that I'm using.

Right now the current formula only takes into consideration the dates between Column L and M and highlights those cells in blue. The formula that I have used is =IF(AND(P$9>=$L23,P$9<=$M23),1,"")

I've included the excel file, so it helps determine exactly what I'm trying to do.

Now what I would like to do is include the dates from K to L and have those highlighted in the chart to green. I still need the dates between Colum L and M to remain highlighted blue. I've already completed a conditional formatting that the number 2 will change the colour of the cell to a light green. I just need a little help with the formula to include the dates from K-L and L-M.
