    Consolidate and make summary

    Hello folks,

I'm dealing with the following problem. I'm sure there is a way to do this, but i don't know how to do it.
In the sheet you see 4 tabpages where are downtime's of identical machines. In the tab Summary all FC i want the sum (aantal and totale duur) of identical criteria. Off course these 4 basic reports are always different and the number of rows can be raise up to lets say thirtie.

    Thanks for all help

    snb,

your function works, but what with the items on tab 2,3,4 wich are not listed in tab 1? I need all unique intems on the 4 tab pages in my summary.

PS. Ge kunt ni alles weten he, ik leer veel bij, maar categoriseer mezelf nog steeds bij noobs. Toch kan ik met veel uitzoekwerk en wat hulp links en rechts mooie vorm geven aan mijn projecten, waarvoor dank !

    Hello snb,

Thanks again for your help. It's working a lot better now, but i have still one issue. There is one row in tab 4 that is not copied in the summary.
Can you check it once again please?

    Grtz

Just add the group in the summary and drag formula down

Dive into the formulae, after analysing it's rather simple to build new ones according to your new requirements.
