Sorting text with dynamic excel sheet

Hi everyone,

I need some kind of way for excel to "lock" all data to its specific ID BAAN #. People are inputting their comments in the ETC sheet under column "Your Comments" but as NEW DATA is added, the comments do not stay with their original BAAN #.

I have attached the workbook and in the "Helpful Info" spreadsheet, you will find some helpful info such as a sample example, the exact process taken, and what needs to be done.
