I have read numerous threads on conidtional formatting and i have tried to jingo jango other peoples solutions to fit my need by to no avail.

I hope somebody can help.

I am using excel 2003 with a spreadsheet for membership details, name, expiry date, contact details etc. I want to highligh the whole row (all members details) when their membership expires.

I have details in columns A-G and approx 250 rows (different members).

In column D i have my expiry date. What formula/conditional format do i need to type to get the expired dates to highlight the whole row.

I have maged to do it to two rows but i have had to change the details manually. Is there a way to copy this over the workbook. The CF i am using for row 3 is: =($H$3="yes") as i have a logic in coloumn H to return yes if membership is out of date.

As you can see i am so confused there must be something silly i am missing.

Many thanks Nigel.
