Thumbs up Find-Loop copy & paste in an another sheet

I am in need of some assistance with a loop formula. What Im trying to do is look for part of a name which comes from sheet "create" cell e3.

Then it goes to the "data" sheet, looks in row e and Finds the first one from Cell E3 "create", copies it and pastes it in "Plan3" in cell a4.

The problem I am having with the loop is 1) continuing the loop properly down until the data ends in the sheet "data". Also, once it copies the data in sheet"plan3", I cant get it to offset down 1 and copy new data. SO its suppose to copy data into "Plan3", and then go down one and when the loop finds the next data, to go back to "plan3" and Paste it underneath what is already pasted.

Also, what I am selecting when I am copying is the entire row, and pasted it all, would be helpful if someone can help with selecting the cells with data and copying it.
