    Smile Form with Button Controls

    Hello everyone,
I am trying to make a form for work that is used for quoting. I have sheet that has all the parts listed that may be used which they themselves have different sizes and prices I need to have that information in a button for ease of use. But I want that information that has been chosen to go to Sheet2 for the actual printout for the customer. Some parts will not have a selection of size but will still be selected so I need to know how to transfer that data to Sheet 2 as well can I use a transfer formula for them? Here is an example of what I have.
    Thank YouPIPEline workup sheet.XLS

Re: Form with Button Controls Help!

Not sure what you mean by having the information in a button.

What I can see is that your data is not laid out in a format that can be easily used. The data should be in a table format with a header row & no empty columns or rows
    Hope that helps.

So do I need to put all the prices and sizes into their own columns then? I want it to be a button control so that whoever is quoting will just select the size needed and then the quantity column will be filled and then transferred to sheet2.

Take your check valves for instance, I would break those out into single row items rather than having 6", 8", and 10" sizes and prices all in one row, then place the price for each item in the unit price column. If you use headers for each column, it will help when you develope a UserForm to fill in your invoice on Sheet2.

    countryred,
Take a look at the attachment and see if this example is something like what you are wanting to do....enable macros and click the "Click Here" textbox, enter a couple items with quanities and watch it fill in your "Sheet2"...if this is what you are after, you can add to or edit what I've started.
(I just ran out of time to work on it and have to go pick up my kids from school)

Here, I worked on your list a little bit and added the extra rows to the combobox so it is filled with all of your items listed so far.

    try this out....
