Insert delete columns and rows using vba

Hello,

I'm working on a excel file template were you can see how many employees you needed on a production.

Because each productions is differtent I'd like to be flexible in collum and rows.

Qestion:

Is there a VBA code were i can adjust my layout by add or delete colums and rows, by cell-conditions.

Attached a file, were i explain my problem.

As you are messing up with data you save the original file safely somewhere.
