Cool runtime error, isempty, worksheet change event

I have this macro to round up cells in A column to a multiple of the H column but it is giving me an error when i try to insert a row i know the problem is with the first part I tagged but i don't know hoe to correct it. any help would be much appreciated. i just need the macro to exit if H is 0 so it doesn't try to multiply by 0
